Our Mission
We strive to establish a trusted janitorial service that rates high in customer satisfaction and loyalty, through excellent service, use of quality products and efficient and timely response to the needs of our clients. We will accomplish this through identifying target service areas;
utilizing quality cleaning chemicals, supplies and methods; maintaining good communication with clients; hiring employees with great interpersonal skills; and creating a desirable employee environment.

What are our qualifications?
D&B Janitorial has been serving customers in Cache Valley for over 20 years. We believe in training and continual learning to keep up with the cleaning industry and its’ needs. In fact, all D&B employees go through training, both for cleaning and safety, to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
What happens if you have a concern?
If you have a concern, let us know. We will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. We guarantee our work and take pride in the work that we do. We believe in communication and developing lasting relationships of trust.
Do you come after hours or during the business day?
We work with our customers to determine the best time for cleaning services to be performed. This may be during the day or after hours, depending on the preference of the client.
How much do you charge?
We do commercial work on a contract basis. Due to the great variation of building facilities and client needs, we prefer to do a walk-through of the building with the client to determine those needs. This
estimate process is a free service to our clients. Residential customers may also request a free estimate.
How do you accept payment?
We currently accept payment mainly by check via mail or through ach direct deposit set up with some commercial clients. As for now, we do not offer payment through the website.

We believe in total accountability in cleaning and in all aspects of our business. We hire trustworthy, energetic employees who care about detail. We also do back ground checks with every employee to give you the peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe and secure. We are licensed and insured.
